As a designer that focuses on wildlife, I have seen thousands of versions of whitetail, amidst other animals. You have captured the total essence of a mature buck in detail and accuracy that supercedes most. This is an extremely impressive piece, one that brings out my envy in your abilities for art. Beautiful work!

Description:

I wanted to depict a mature buck in a heavy rack and neck. The season would be late autumn during the rut when they are competing for access to the does as they come in season. And then I also wanted to show a "family" group with the buck, doe and a fawn as you might typically see. The name Whitetail comes from their raising their tail showing the white underside when fleeing danger.
